Assistance with a Simple Premises Fire Risk Assessment
We can visit your premises, when convenient, and by appointment.
The visit usually takes around one to one and a half hours for a typical small shop or small office premises.
An examination of fire safety routines, areas of risk, exits, stock, signage and other related factors are involved.
We provide a written, updatable checklist - to prove the assessment has taken place - within a dedicated folder. Also included is a coloured floor plan of the premises, showing position of fire exits and extinguishers, alarms, sensors and emergency lighting - where fitted.
Our charges for this assistance, at a simple small business premises is £150.00 as a one-off fee, which is tax-deductible.
